FreeDev Tools

About FreeDev Tools Online

Free, fast, and private developer tools — right in your browser. No account required, no data sent to any server.

Our Mission

FreeDev Tools Online was built for developers who need reliable, fast utility tools without friction. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your machine. We believe developer tools should be free, private, and accessible to everyone, whether you're a professional engineer, a student learning to code, or a hobbyist working on a weekend project.

The site was created out of frustration with tools that require sign-ups, show aggressive ads before you can do anything, or send your data to remote servers without explanation. FreeDev Tools puts you in control: no login, no tracking of your inputs, and no hidden surprises.

What We Offer

We currently offer over 60 free developer tools across five categories:

🔐 Privacy by Design

Every tool on FreeDev Tools Online processes data locally in your browser. When you paste JSON, a password, or any other sensitive data into one of our tools, that data is never uploaded to our servers — because we don't have a server that handles your input.

We only store your dark mode preference in your browser's local storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

Built with Modern Technology

FreeDev Tools Online is built with Angular 20 and server-side rendering (SSR), which means pages load fast, are fully accessible to search engines, and work reliably across all modern browsers. We use Tailwind CSS for a clean, responsive interface that works equally well on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Dark mode is supported throughout the site and automatically respects your operating system preference. All tools are designed to be keyboard-accessible and work without JavaScript for static content.
